Refund policy
At melt apothecary, our refund and exchange policy is 30 days with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the purchased candle or wax melt item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Candles that have been opened, lit or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Melts that have been opened or cracked are also not eligible for a refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, our customers will be eligible for an exchange within 3 days of purchase. Due to the nature of bath and body products, we do not accept product exchanges or returns. Sale items are final and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Any products that are purchased online may be returned at the expense of the customer. A refund will be issued upon the receipt of the return. The customer is responsible for the duty, shipping and additional costs on internationally shipped orders. Customers are also responsible for any additional shipping fees if an incorrect shipping address is entered and a package is returned to us.
