our shipping policy

If you wish to return your unopened and unused candle or wax melt product, please contact us at meltapothecary@hotmail.com where a return shipping address will be provided. Please read the return & exchange policy below to ensure you qualify.

Customers seeking shipment services are responsible for all shipping costs and fees for returning purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Melt Apothecary is not responsible for packages list in transit, return shipments fees or duties. We encourage all of our customers to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance when submitting a return. 

Once a return is received and approved, the customer will be issued a refund on the same card used to complete the purchase. Any additional duties or fees will be deducted from the return. ​

return & exchange policy

Our refund and exchange policy is 30 days with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the purchased candle or wax melt item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Candles that have been opened, lit or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Melts that have been opened or cracked are also not eligible for a refund. 

​If you receive a damaged or defective product, our customers will be eligible for an exchange within 3 days of purchase. Due to the nature of bath and body products, we do not accept product exchanges or returns. Sale items are final and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

ONLINE PURCHASES 

Any products that are purchased online may be returned at the expense of the customer. A refund will be issued upon the receipt of the return. The customer is responsible for the duty, shipping and additional costs on internationally shipped orders. Customers are also responsible for any additional shipping fees if an incorrect shipping address is entered and a package is returned to us.
